Meet The Founder

Success and self worth are values that have been instilled in Tina by her father since a child. As a multi-talented and well-rounded individual in a male dominated world, it quickly became clear that success wouldn't be easy. However, never one to shy away from a challenge, full of desire and determination, Tina decided to take the path less traveled by blending beauty and business to create a brand that will uplift and empower others. 

The concept of Le’Vana Mulier was born in the operating room. As a former Surgical Assistant, Tina was always trying to curate ways to keep her lipstick on while wearing a surgical mask. After numerous formulas and failed attempts, she finally created Le’ Vana Mulier’s  All Day Wear Matte Liquid Lipstick that would last her entire shift. During the process, she realized her true passion for beauty and while working 12 hour shifts, she decided to pursue her MBA with a concentration on Entrepreneurship to learn the ropes in building an empire.  

From there, Tina embarked on a journey to pursue her passion in Permanent Makeup. A firm believer in perfect brows and flirty lashes, Tina has studied the art of Cosmetic Tattooing to bring her vision to life.

Our beauty experts will understand the history and dynamics of beauty, and how to interact with Le’ Vana Mulier’s diverse clientele.
